Adult Eating Disorder Support
Compassionate, weight-neutral nutrition and psychology support for adults in the Macarthur region.

Our specialist dietitians are passionate about providing weight neutral, trauma-informed and body inclusive care for people aged 16+ who are experiencing the distress of an eating disorder or worried they are developing an unhealthy relationship with food.

Our approach centres safety, collaboration, and respect for lived experience. We work alongside psychologists, GPs, and other health professionals to support sustainable recovery and improved quality of life.

We offer collaborative care with our onsite psychologist Amanda from Accentuate Psychology, or we can work closely with your existing eating disorder psychologist.

We welcome clients across a range of presentations and
stages of recovery.
