Our Cancellation Policy
For Nourish & Thrive to provide all clients with the best and most accessible service there are fees for late cancellations and missed appointments. Cancellation fees are charged as this time has been set aside for you and cannot be filled at short notice. To avoid a cancellation fee, we ask you to give as much notice as possible in the event you do need to cancel your appointment.
Cancellation fees are not covered by Medicare. They are therefore your individual responsibility and become due immediately.
Appointment Confirmation & Reminders
You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment once it has been booked. We will also send an email and SMS reminder three days before an appointment to which we ask that you respond.
Nourish & Thrive reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments that do not receive a response or confirmation within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
